A checklist for confirming a provider covers everything a mobility actually needs.
Providers vary widely in what they actually include under an "all-in-one" label — some cover everything on this list, others cover placements and accommodation but leave monitoring and documentation to the school. It's worth going through this checklist explicitly with any provider before committing, rather than assuming.
Certificates and documentation, one part of a full-service programme.
A provider that skips monitoring, for instance, might still deliver a fine placement — but if something does go wrong mid-mobility, there's no one positioned to catch it early. Gaps in the service list tend to show up exactly when they matter most, which is why confirming full coverage upfront is worth the extra questions.
DNA Europe includes every item on this list as part of its standard programme for partner schools — placements, accommodation, transfers, monitoring, cultural programme and documentation, coordinated as one service rather than optional add-ons.
