DNA Europe Vocational Training LDA ("DNA Europe", "we") is a company based in Lisboa, Portugal, organising Erasmus+ VET mobility programmes. For any privacy matter, contact us at info@dnaeurope.org.
When you submit a form on this website we collect the information you provide: name, email address, school or company name, country, and the content of your message. We do not collect any other personal data through this site.
Your data is used solely to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a mobility proposal. The legal basis is your consent and the steps necessary before entering into an agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our email. Netlify acts as a data processor; see Netlify's privacy policy for details on their handling of submission data.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting cooperation, after which it is deleted. Data connected to Erasmus+ projects may be kept for the retention period required by the programme's rules.
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will act on your request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority (CNPD).
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — pages viewed, traffic sources and general usage patterns. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and analytics data is not sold or used to build advertising profiles.
Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer of this site.
We also load the Inter font from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers when the page loads, independent of your cookie choice.
