Erasmus+ is the European Union's programme for education, training, youth and sport. Here's how it funds your students' internships in Lisbon — and where we fit in.
Key Action 1 (KA1) supports learners and staff in vocational education and training (VET) to spend a structured learning period abroad. For VET students this usually means a professional internship in a host company in another EU country, organised between a sending school and an intermediary partner like DNA Europe.
Schools can apply for funding through their National Agency — either with an accreditation (recurring funding) or a short-term project application.
Distance-based contribution towards return travel between the home country and Lisbon.
Daily allowance covering accommodation, meals and local transport during the stay.
Per-participant contribution for preparation, monitoring and validation of the mobility.
Additional funding for participants with fewer opportunities or special needs.
Exact amounts depend on your National Agency and project. Your school's Erasmus+ coordinator is the best source for current rates — and we're happy to help with planning.
As the host partner, DNA Europe prepares the documentation your school needs for Erasmus+ reporting — accurate and on time.
We support schools at every stage — from project idea to final report. Ask us anything.
